We deliver 100% discreetly in neutral packaging to customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland via Hermes, DHL, or UPS.

Delivery Conditions

We will deliver the ordered goods promptly to the delivery address specified in the order, using the shipping method chosen by the customer.

Vouchers & discounts are not applied to shipping costs.

For deliveries within Germany, the following applies:
For orders with a value of 25 EUR or more, shipping is free. For orders under 25 EUR, an additional 3.90 EUR will be charged. If the value of the goods falls below 25 EUR after applying a voucher or discount, shipping costs will also be due. Delivery time is approximately 3 – 4 working days.

For deliveries to Austria, the following applies: 
Shipping costs are 10 EUR. Delivery time is approximately 7 working days.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the following applies: 
Shipping costs are 10 EUR. Delivery time is approximately 7 working days.
