When can I return an item?

  • Is it a complaint or is the item defective? Then we would like to apologize for that. Please send us a detailed explanation including photos to service@joyclub-fanshop.de. We will review your request as soon as possible. If your complaint is justified, you will of course receive a replacement.
  • The item does not meet your expectations? You can return items and goods to us within 14 days. Please note our right of withdrawal.

How can I return an item?

Please send returns with sufficient postage to:

stating the reason for return and the invoice number. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the conditions of our GTC or our right of withdrawal are met, it is sufficient that you invoke your right of withdrawal. In the case of complaints, as described above, please provide more detailed explanations.

You bear the costs of the return shipment.

Voucher used?

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the voucher amount to you in the form of a new voucher. In the event of a complaint, we will refund the amount to you in the form of a voucher if we no longer have a suitable replacement item in stock.
A payout of the voucher amount is not possible.

Attention

Some items are excluded from exchange. These include, for example, hygiene articles (sex toys, underwear, condoms) whose hygiene seal is broken or whose packaging is damaged. In case of doubt, please contact us.
